The UPS guarantee does not apply to UPS Ground shipments that are picked up or scheduled to be delivered between December 11 and December 25.

The information that is collected about you is used to process orders or contact you if there is a problem with your order. We will never sell, rent, or give away your name, e-mail, credit card information or address to anyone.
Return Policy General
We hope you love everything you buy from the Royal Canes Company. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery as long as it is in a new condition and has not been modified. A cane that has been shortened from its original manufactured size qualifies as an item that has been modified. We'll issue a refund directly to your credit card for the purchase price (including tax, if any) of the product. We do not issue cash refunds. After 30 days items may not be returned.
To return an item, you must call The Royal Canes Company Customer Service at 1-727-474-0792 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization (RA) code for your return. Sorry, but any returned item not accompanied by an official RA code can not be accepted. Please write the RA code on the returned portion of the original packing slip and on the shipping return label. Please take a minute to tell us why you're not happy with the product-we want to know! Returned items must be new and unworn, and in the same condition as they were sent. We are not obligated to accept returns if the item is worn or used.
All items are covered for a 6 months warranty against manufacturers defects. An item that has been dropped on the ground will not be covered under this warranty. All items will be inspected from us and we will determine if the item is broken from a manufacturers defect. If the item has been broken from a manufacturers defect we will replace item. Refunds will not be given for broken items. If something is broken or damaged and there is a visible mark from falling on the ground this damage will not be covered under warranty.
